- We will always try to despatch parcels as soon as possible after ordering and will advise if this is going to be more than 7 working days
- For U.K. delivery addresses Free Delivery on standard delivery
- Orders are sent by various carriers - if you prefer a specific carrier eg royal mail please make a note in the comments on your order. Please note if this is significantly more expensive we may ask you to pay the extra for a specified carrier
- For Continental Europe you will initially be charged £30 when you place the order -however the final postal costs will be quoted before despatch
- For Further afield you will initially be charged £50 when you place the order - however the final postal costs will be quoted for including the delivery postage.
- International orders can be returned but postage costs will not be refunded.
- All international goods are sent on a signed for service to guarantee delivery - once we have recived the order we will send a quote for the delivery cost to you. You can either accept and we will charge / refund as necessary or you can decide to cancel the order - no questions asked. Please contact us if you would like a rough quote for delivery of an item.
- All international goods are despatched on a signed for service because we have found it is a more reliable service than the regular post.
- Postage to BFPO addresses is just £4.99
- When you place your order enter your BFPO address but for country choose UK. You will only be charged £4.99. If we later find the BFPO is a freepost address you will be refunded postage.
- Items are signed for when they reach the military base in the UK and cannot be traced beyond this point.
- RETURNS please phone or email before returning any item as there may be something we can help with, and may be able to order a replacement so you're not waiting too long once the item is returned.
- If goods are found to be faulty they can be returned and either a full refund including postage (our costs and yours) will be given, or a new item will be sent and your postage costs refunded whichever is preferable to you (if we have an alternative product). please fill in the returns form and enclose it with the order.
- If you change your mind about an order or goods do not fit or you do not like the colour etc please return them remembering to fill in the returns form and we will either provide a refund or replacement as requested including the full cost of the item and the delivery postage. (you will have to pay the return postage)
- We strongly advise you use royal Mail to return all parcels and obtain a free proof of postage as with this we can continue with your refund / exchange even if the item is lost in the post.
- All returns should be in the condition they were sent in, securely parcelled and use the address label included, all returns must be recieved by us within 28 days of you recieving the order. - INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are permitted to return things in exactly the same way as domestic customers, however postage costs of delivering the order will not be refunded.
